Swedish Meatballs

Or at least how we make them:

Meatballs. Pretty standard. 2 lbs of ground beef plus I added garlic and onion this time.

Mushroom sauce. Cream of mushroom soup, brown gravy mix, pepper, and sprinkled w/ oregano.

Out of the oven. 1 hr at 325f.

And served w/ a side of steamed broccoli in cheese sauce and a glass of whole milk.

Yum.

  1. Wow. I use the exact same recipe for pork loin. Just bake at 250 for about an hour per pound. It's amazing.
