Here in "The No&q...It ain't just Chi-Town. Here in "The No", the local fishwrap ran a story about the unsolved crimes (especially murders) that happen in the [minority and gang heavy] part of town. They blamed it on the "No Snitching" culture in the Black community. <br /><br />One example was a murder at a community center where there were 150 people as witnesses.
