Violent Criminal Murders 5 in Illinois

A poster child for post-birth abortions breaks into a home during an alleged custody dispute and shoots a 65 yr old woman, two other adults and two children.

 - This undated photo provided by the Illinois State Police shows Rick Smith, 43, of rural Morgan County in Illinois. Smith has been identified as the suspected gunman in the shooting deaths of five people, two women, one man and two young boys, in Manchester, Ill., early Wednesday morning, April 24, 2013. Smith died later after a car chase and gunfire exchange with police. (AP Photo/Illinois State Police) -

Scum was a prohibited person w/ at least one felony conviction.

Illinois has full licensing w/ it being a felony for him to possess and a felony to sell to him.

Weapon used was a shotgun.

So skippy the wonder citizen above already had multiple felonies committed even before he went and murdered a family.

What law would have stopped him?

5 dead equals a "mass shooting", right?

Oh yeah, Illinois. It won't count because they're already as close to full gun control as anywhere can be in the U.S. (and MUCH closer than they SHOULD be).
