Bet They Didn't Have a Permit...

Two individuals shoot up a 420 pot rally in Denver. 

I'm going to hazard a guess they didn't go through the permit process, fingerprinting, fees, background checks and training required for a CO CCW license. 

Call me crazy, I know.
