Wow, Ladd looks totally different when wearing a turtle-neck.
That was the first thing that popped into my head too, Weer'd Beard. That bitty thing wouldn't be worth the trouble of skinning, let alone cooking and eating.
But, as ringneck snakes go, that is really big. the biggest I've seen was maybe(MAYBE!) 2/3 that size.
