Chicago Gun Case Amici

All five Amici briefs in support of the defendants have been filed and are now listed on the site.



I'm very pleased to see that my State Rep. signed onto this, unlike my Federal Senators (Durbin, Obama) on the DC case. I have contacted my State Sen. to ask him why his name is not on it.

    Whaddya' know? My state rep. and senator both signed, also. They've been fairly consistent with pro-gun votes, but I wasn't sure they'd go this far (both are Democrats, and neither is what I would consider a leader for gun rights).

    I guess a quick note of gratitude is in order.
