Ignoring the numbers for a second (the number of CCW incidents:time), this story doesn't even pass the sniff test. The kid present? "Road rage"? The BC has, once again, intentionally been dishonest in their "spin"...but I'm preachin to the choir, I suppose. Over time, as the details are released, I imagine we'll see a much fuller - different - story being told.
I think you may be overstating their state of jubilation.
